摘要
针对公司知识管理的特殊性,探讨运用技术手段支持公司知识管理的核心问题——公司知识管理系统的开发建设等相关问题;研究公司知识管理的概念、特点,并提出相应的开发原则和评价准则。
Based on the characteristics of corporate knowledge management, this paper studies the core issue of the support of corporate knowledge management by means of technology——the building and development of corporate knowledge management system (KMS), and discusses the concepts, characteristics, development rules and evaluation criteria.
