摘要
拉斯基与民国政、学界密切的学缘关系,使得民主社会主义在民国政治中产生了广泛的影响。其影响不仅表现为张君劢、罗隆基等一部分知识分子在国共两党之间谋求实现"第三条道路"的政治努力,也体现在国民党与国民政府体制内的一批学者型官员致力于探讨"新经济"政策,希望依靠政府权力进行政治经济改革,走出一条兼顾政治民主与经济民主的"新路"。
Based on the academic relationships of Harold J.Laski and his Chinese followers in the National Government and academic circles,this paper discusses the influence on the politics in the Republican China period from Laski's political thought characterized with democratic socialism,which was reflected in the efforts at promoting the Third Road between the KMT and the CPC of some intellectuals,especially Zhang Junmai and Luo Longji,as well as the pursuit of 'New Economics' by some officials with scholarship who argued for political and economic reforms to set up a new national institution with the double nature of political democracy and economic democracy under the government authority.
