摘要
文章指出了制约我省农业信息资源建设事业发展的因素 ,提出了加速我省农业信息资源建设的几点建议 ,即更新观念、协调发展、实现农业信息资源共享 ;全面规划 ,搞好农业信息资源的建设 ;加强农业信息技术人才培养。
This paper discusses some problems about the agriculture information resources construction and sci-tech revolution in Hunan Province.
