改进剖宫产手术操作对预防盆腔粘连的效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解新式剖宫产改进手术方式后腹壁各层组织结构粘连、盆腔粘连的影响。方法对2006年至2011年在我院进行剖宫产术后二次盆腔手术患者腹壁各层组织结构粘连及盆腔粘连情况进行回顾性分析,所有患者均采用pfannenstiel切口式剖宫产,但观察组的手术方式做了进一步改进,观察组共65例,对照组65例。比较A、B组患者剖宫产术后腹壁切口愈合情况及二次盆腔手术时腹壁各层组织结构粘连及盆腔粘连发生情况。结果腹壁切口甲级愈合率、腹壁各层组织结构粘连、盆腔粘连的发生率分别为A组98.5%、17.7%、28.5%;B组96.9%、46.9%、46.2%。A、B组进行比较,A组发生粘连的情况较B组明显改善,差异具有统计学意义P<0.01)。结论我院对pfannenstiel切口式剖宫产的改进对防止术后发生腹壁各层组织结构粘连、盆腔粘连有效,从而降低二次盆腔手术的风险,减轻患者痛苦。
