摘要
目的探讨血塞通治疗老年糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择我院2008年至2011年收治的老年糖尿病合并脑梗死患者86例,按照入院日期,分为2组,单日为观察组,双日为对照组,每组各43例。两组患者在常规降糖基础上,观察组给予血塞通注射液400mg+0.9%生理盐水250mL静脉滴注,1次/d;对照组给予曲克芦丁400mg+0.9%生理盐水250mL静脉滴注,1次/d,14d 1个疗程,共2个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后症状改善情况、血液流变学指标。结果两组患者血液流变学指标治疗后均显著好于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后血液流变学指标显著好于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后神经缺损改善总有效率达81.4%,显著高于对照组51.2%(P<0.05)。结论血塞通可显著改善血液粘稠度,降低纤维蛋白原含量,改善脑部血运和缺血状况,加速老年糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的恢复速度,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of xuesaitong injection in treating old patients with diabetes and cerebra infarction.Methods 86 old patients with diabetes and cerebra infarction were selected and divided into observation and control group,each for 43 cases.On the basic of hypoglycemic treatment,patients in observation group were given xuesaitong 400mg dissolved in 0.9% saline 250mL to intravenous infusion once a day for 28 days.The clinical symptoms and hemorheology were compared before and after treatment.Results Hemorheology indexes of two groups were significantly improved than before（P0.05）,and index of observation group were better than that of control group（P0.05）,the total efficient rate of neurological defects was 81.4% better than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Xuesaitong can significantly improve blood viscosity,decrease the amount of fibrinogen,improve blood supply and ischemic conditions of brain,and accelerate the recovery rate of old patients with diabetes and cerebra infarction.
