摘要
目的探讨臀大肌皮瓣在骶尾部难愈创面修复中的意义。方法对25例骶尾部难愈创面实施臀大肌肌皮瓣修复术。对部分坏死组织较多及存在感染的创面,术前应用封闭负压疗法。结果本组18例患者实施臀大肌肌皮瓣修复术,手术均获得满意效果。结论臀大肌肌皮瓣修复术是骶尾部难愈创面的修复手段之一,它具有血液循环丰富,修复范围大,操作较为简便等优点,同时封闭负压疗法可为手术创造良好的条件。
Objective To explore the significance of gluteusmax imusmyocutaneous flaps in repa iring pleros is refractory wound on sacrococcygeal region.Methods All the 25 patients with refractory wounds on sacrococcygeal region were repaired using gluteusmax imusmyocutaneous flaps.Those places with too much sphacelus and infection were treated by negative pressure wound therapy（NPWT） before reparation.Results Twenty-four cases wound closure was good after repaired.The appearance of the flaps was satisfactory.Only one case occurred hematoma under the flaps and disruption of wound.The flaps recovered after incision and drainage.Conclusions Reparation using gluteusmax imusmyocutaneous flaps is one of the methods for the refractory wounds on sacrococcygeal region because of the simple operation and the flaps having sufficient blood supply and tissue.Meanwhile the NPWT makes a good condition before operation.
