摘要
目的总结评价消化内镜黏膜切除术(EMR)治疗消化道无蒂息肉的疗效。方法收集分析我院93例患者,124个位点的食管胃及结直肠无蒂息肉临床资料,采用消化内镜下黏膜切除术治疗,并对所有切除标本进行病理学检查,术后1、3、6、12个月和长期胃镜、结肠镜随访复查。结果所有患者(100%)完整切除,术后1年复查中未发现残留息肉组织,3例切除时已经恶变患者术后3年随访未发现复发和转移病灶,4例患者术后瘢痕脱落后出血经内镜下止血后出血停止,未发现穿孔和其它并发症发生。结论消化内镜下黏膜切除术是治疗消化道无蒂息肉的安全和有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of treating sessile polyp through EMR.Method collecting clinical data of 124 locus of sessile polyp of esophagus,stomach and Colorectum from 93 cases patients of our hospital,using EMR teatment,and all excisional samples for pathological inspection,gastroscope and sigmoidoscope follow-up visit when the first month,the third month,the sixth month,the first year and long time after EMR.Results All patients（100% complete excision）,not found rudimental polypous organization the first year after EMR,3 cases already malignant change when using EMR treatment,not found recurs and transfer lesions the third year after EMR,4 cases who were bleeding for scar shedding after EMR,stanched by endoscope,not found perforation and other complications.Conclusion EMR is the safe and effectual method of treating sessile polyp of alimental tract.
