比较两种不同黏弹剂在硬核白内障超声乳化术中对角膜内皮的保护作用 被引量:3

Comparison of Two Different Viscoelastic Agents in Phacoemulsification of Hard Nucleus Cataract on Corneal Endothelial Cell Protection

摘要 目的探讨双重黏弹剂DisCoVisc和单纯Healon在白内障超声乳化摘除及折叠人工晶体植入术中对角膜内皮的保护作用。方法将60例(60眼)单纯性硬核(≥Ⅳ级核)白内障分两组,每组30例(30眼)。第一组操作中应用双重DisCoVisc作为观察组;第二组操作中应用单纯Healon作为对照组。观察术后1天角膜水肿情况,术前及术后1个月角膜内皮细胞计数。结果观察组和对照组术后角膜水肿差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),术前、术后1个月角膜内皮丢失率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硬核白内障超声乳化术中应用双重黏弹剂DisCoVisc较单纯Healon可以更有效保护角膜内皮细胞,减少术后角膜水肿,提高手术的安全性。 Objective Exploring the dual viscoelastic agents DisCoVisc and Healon alone in cataract phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation in the protection of corneal endothelium.Methods In 60 cases(60 eyes) of pure hardcore(≥IV Nuclear) cataract were divided into two groups,each of 30 cases(30 eyes).The first group of double DisCoVisc as observation group;second groups of pure Healon as control group.observation on postoperative day 1 corneal edema,preoperative and postoperative 1 months of corneal endothelial cell count.Results The observation group and the control group the postoperative corneal edema had a significant difference(P 0.01),preoperative,postoperative corneal endothelial cell loss rate for 1 months without statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusions The phacoemulsification of hard nucleus cataract in the application of double viscoelastic agent DisCoVisc than Healon can more effectively protect the corneal endothelium,reduce postoperative corneal edema,improve operation safety.
