摘要
职业教育是教育体系中与社会经济结合最为紧密的一种教育形式,需要国家通过立法来进行规范和引导。美国职业教育的快速发展很大程度上得益于职业教育立法的规范与完善。美国的职业教育史就是一部美国职业教育立法史。以美国职业教育立法历程为线索,探求美国联邦政府在职业教育立法方面的特点,以期对我国职业教育立法有所启示。
Vocational education is the education form which is closely combined with social economic in the educational system.The country passes legislation to regulate and guide it.The history of American vocational education can be regarded as that of American vocational education legislation.The establishment and enforcement of the related acts is the important reason to the rapid development of American vocational education.The artical tries to reveal the characteristic of American vocational legislation through describing and analyzing it.So the clue to it is the legislation and reform of American vocational.Furthermore,some implications and suggestions are derived to Chinese vocational education development.
