回流农民工的人力资本再开发是急需解决的社会问题,为了更好地保障其实施,要综合社会舆论导向、分层分类管理、专门机构规划、立法监管到位以及多方资金筹措等各方面的力量,才能最大限度为回流农民工的人力资本再开发保驾护航。
The re-development of returning migrant workers＇ human capital is urgent,in order to ensure their implementation,only to comprehensive public opinion-oriented、hierarchical classification management、the planning of specialized agencies、legislation to regulate and the financing from all aspects,can maximize the re-development of returning migrant workers＇ human capital.
