摘要
网络政治文化对大学生既有积极作用,也有消极影响。既要充分肯定网络政治文化的积极作用,又要充分意识到网络政治文化对大学生的不良影响。探索高校网络政治文化建设的措施,有利于大学文化建设,有利于社会和谐。加强高校网络政治文化建设的举措主要包括强化理论认同、构建信仰体系、调控网络舆情、建立网络预警、维护网络安全。
The network political culture has not only positive effects on students in colleges and universities,but also negative influences.While the beneficent effects of network political culture should be fully affirmed,vicious influences on students in colleges and universities of network political culture should be adequately recognized.It will benefit both the construction of university culture and the harmony of society to explore the measures of construction of network political culture in colleges and universities.The main measures of enhancing construction of network political culture in colleges and universities include consolidating theoretical identification,constructing belief system,adjusting and controlling network public opinion,establishing network early warning system,and protecting network safety.
