摘要
近年来,中医药治疗急性腹泻的疗效日益受到国内外医学界的重视。中医药治疗急性腹泻的报道很多,临床研究方案不尽相同,各有特色。本文从中医药治疗急性腹泻的病因病机分析及临床辨证治疗方案等方面进行综述,认为中医药治疗急性腹泻的疗效好,副作用小,并提出优化选方、进行作用机制研究等建议,为进一步研究提供参考。
In recent years,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute diarrhea has been paid attention in the domestic and international medical community.There have been many reports on using traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute diarrhea.The clinical research programs used are different and have their own characteristics.This paper reviewed the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute diarrhea,from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of clinical syndromes,etc.A great number of studies have proved that the traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of acute diarrhea have better therapeutic effect,less side effects.It is suggested that prescription should be well selected,and the mechanism should be studied,which provides consultations for studies in the future.
