摘要
产业转移的本质是生产力在空间上的转移,它既能促进发达地区自身经济的发展,也是欠发达地区经济取得进步的重要推动力。河南省承接产业转移初见成效,但仍存在着外资利用规模小,产品配套设施差,科技创新能力有限,发展环境急需改善等问题。鉴于此应从产业配套能力、科研创新体系、政府服务等多方面入手,提高承接产业的规模和质量,积极配合中原经济区的建设。
The essence of industrial transfer is the shift of productivity in space, it not only to promote eco- nomic development in developed areas of their own, but also can be the major driving force of economic progress in less developed areas. Henan Province has achieved initial success, but there are still other issues such as small- scale utilization of foreign capital, poor product facilities, limited scientific and technological innovation, urgent need to improve the environment of development and so on. We should improve the si：,~e and quality to undertake industry from industrial supporting capacity, research and innovation system, governmerit services, actively cooper- ate with the building of central economic zone.
