摘要
基于已经研制完成的100kV/100kA快脉冲直线型变压器驱动源(LTD)原型模块,设计研制了输出电压/电流分别为1MV/100kA(功率为100GW)的快脉冲LTD装置。装置由10级100kV/100kA快脉冲LTD模块串联而成,总储能为20kJ,装置直径约1.5m,长度约2.2m。最终在±85kV充电电压下,二极管负载上获得的电流约为116kA,电压约为1.1MV,电压上升时间53ns,电压脉宽146ns,二极管阻抗约为9.4Ω。
The 100 GW fast linear transformer driver(LTD)generator has been constructed and tested successfully based on the 100 kA-LTD stage prototype constructed in 2008.The generator consists of 10 LTD stages connected in series,and the stored energy is 20 kJ.The outer diameter of the generator is about 1.5 m,and the length is about 2.2 m.At the charge voltage of ±85 kV,the generator can deliver 1.1 MV fast pulses with the rise time of 53 ns and the full-width at half-maximum(FWHM) of 146 ns into a 9.4 Ω diode load.
