摘要 设计了基于嵌入式地理信息系统与全球定位系统(geographic information system and global positioning sys-tem,GIS/GPS)相结合的电力调度及运行系统。介绍GIS/GPS集成模式;基于嵌入式GIS/GPS的电力调度及运行系统的使用软件、组成部分、功能及优点;应用基于嵌入式GIS/GPS电力调度及运行系统的工作思路和注意事项。该系统可为调度员及相关运行人员提供全方位实时准确的电力线路运行情况和调度决策方案,解决调度员及相关运行人员数据掌握不全面、事故处理不及时等问题。 Electric power dispatching operation system based on combination of embedded geographic information system(GIS) and global positioning system(GPS) is introduced.Therefore,the paper elaborates on integration mode of GIS/GPS,applied software,components,functions and advantages of electric power dispatching operation system based on combination of embedded GIS with GPS;it also expounds working idea and attentions in using electric power dispatching operation system based on embedded GIS/GPS.This system can provide all-round,real-time and precise operation of electrical lines and dispatching decision for dispatchers and relevant operating stuff,enabling them to cope with inadequacy of acquired data and postponed accident settlement.
