抗生素与新城疫疫苗联合应用对肉鸡抗体生成的影响

摘要 为探讨抗生素与新城疫I系疫苗联合使用对肉鸡抗体生成的影响,选取青霉素、链霉素、利高霉素和头孢噻呋分别与新城疫I系疫苗联合使用,测定各组疫苗稀释液的pH值,并对9日龄鸡胚接种,检测鸡胚尿囊液血凝(HA)效价。同时对20日龄的肉鸡进行肌肉注射免疫,并于免疫当日及免疫后第7、14、21、28 d采血,测定血清抗体血凝抑制效价(HI)。结果表明,各加药疫苗稀释液的pH值与生理盐水疫苗组对比差异极显著;各加药疫苗组的鸡胚HA效价、HI效价与生理盐水疫苗组对比均无无显著差异。研究表明,青霉素、链霉素、利高霉素和头孢噻呋与新城疫I系疫苗联合使用不会降低免疫效果,可以联合使用。 To investigate the effect of antibody production of broiler chickens with the combined use of Newcastle Disease I vaccine and antibiotics. In this experiment, based on the combined use of Newcastle Disease I vaccine with benzylpenicillin sotassium, streptomycin, linco-spectin and ceftiofur respcively. The pH of each solution were tested, by administering them into broiler chickens, drawing blood right on the day of immunization and o n the 7th,14th,21th,28th day after, including the 9-day-old chicken embryos were inoculated. HA of embryos, HI of chicken by hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition tests. The results showed that the difference in pH of each diluent was significant.While it was not in HA titer of chicken and in HI titer between test groups and control group, and there were significant differences among test groups and positive grou. Benzylpenicillin sotassium, streptomycin,linco-spectin and ceftiofur could be combined used with Newcastle Disease I vaccine .
