防治柑橘黑点病室内杀菌剂筛选试验 被引量:10

摘要 为筛选出防治柑橘黑点病的高效、低毒、低残留杀菌剂,通过市场调研,挑选出11种防效较好的杀菌剂,采用生长速率法进行室内药效筛选试验。结果表明:11种杀菌剂中,24%腈苯唑悬浮剂抑菌作用最强,其EC50值为1.089×10-3μg/mL;25%咪鲜胺乳油、10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂、50%咪鲜胺锰盐可湿性粉剂、75%肟菌.戊唑醇水分散粒剂和50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂5种杀菌剂EC50值范围为0.099~0.954μg/mL,具有很强的抑菌作用;78%波尔.锰锌可湿性粉剂和70%乙铝.锰锌可湿性粉剂具有较强的抑菌作用,其EC50值在1~20μg/mL之间;50%氯溴异氰尿酸可溶粉剂抑菌作用最差,EC50值达到1530.718μg/mL。 In order to screen efficiency, low toxicity and low residual fungicides for controlling citrus melanose, 11 kinds of fungicides were selected through market research to be measured their toxicities by the method of growth rate. The results showed that 24% Fenbueonazole SC was the best, and its ECso was 1.089x10-3 μg/mL; 25% Prochloraz EC, 10% Difenoconazole WG, 50% Prochloraz Manganese WP, 75% NATIVO WG and 50% Carbendazim WP had very strong inhibition effect whose EC50were between 0.099-0.954 μg/mL; 780/0 Bordeaux Mixture?Mancozeb WP and 70% Fosetyl-aluminum Mancozeb WP had good inhibition effect, whose ECs0 were between 1-20 μg/mL; while 50% Chloroisobromine Cyanuric Acid SP was the worst, and its ECs0 was 1 530.718 μg/mL.
