摘要
目的%探讨超声检测在诊断宫外孕中的临床价值,应用阴道超声和经腹部超声联合对宫外孕进行诊断。方法%对我院2011年3月到2011年6月我院收治的疑似宫外孕90例患者进行超声联合诊断,均经过腹部二维超声、阴道二维超声检查,将联合超声的诊断结果与临床病理进行对比。结果%该组患者腹部和引导超声联合诊断90例,诊断为宫外孕的60例,经手术及保守治疗后确诊为宫外孕58例,诊断符合率为96.7%(58/60),误诊4例,其中假阳性3例(3/58),占5.2%;假阴性1例,占1.72%(1/58)。结论%阴道超声和腹部超声联合检查的诊断准确率较高,能为宫外孕的检查提供有价值的信息,对宫外孕这样的疑难病症的诊断有着一定帮助。
Objective： To explore the ultrasonic testing in the diagnosis of the clinical value of ectopic pregnancy,application by transvaginal ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasound combination of ectopic pregnancy diagnosis.Methods： Clinical data of 2011 in March to June 2011 were suspected of our 90 patients ectopic pregnancy ultrasound diagnosis joint,all pass 2D abdominal ultrasound,vaginal 2D ultrasound examination,the joint of ultrasonic diagnosis and clinical pathology are compared.Results： This group of patients abdominal and guide ultrasound diagnosis joint 90 cases,the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy 60 cases,the surgery and conservative treatment diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy after 58 cases,diagnosis was 96.7%（58/60）,4 cases were misdiagnosed,including false positive 3 cases（3/58）,5.2%;There is 1 false negative,taking 1.72%（1/58）.Conclusion： Transvaginal ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasound joint inspection diagnostic accuracy rate is higher,the check for ectopic pregnancy provide valuable information,such difficult conditions of ectopic pregnancy diagnosis have a help.
