摘要
目的研究本地区海洛因吸食者人群体内的外周血白细胞、中性粒细胞、中间细胞和淋巴细胞的数量及其与正常人群的区别。方法用全自动血细胞分析仪检测白细胞总数,用瑞-吉姆萨氏染液染色后镜检分类计算各组分含量,用t检验统计海洛因成瘾与对照组的区别。结果海洛因成瘾者的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞数、淋巴细胞数均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而中间细胞数与对照组无区别(P>0.05)。讨论作为机体免疫系统的重要组成部分,研究白细胞是研究海洛因成瘾者的免疫功能的重要手段,研究白细胞及其组分能够为患者的躯体疾病治疗、脱毒治疗等提供宝贵资料。
Objective To observe the amount of leucocytes, neutrophil, intermediate cell and lymphocyte in heroin addicts＇ peripheral blood and compare it with that in the normal populaton. Methods We used automatic blood cell analyzer to test total number of leucocytes, then had the leucocytes dyed with Wright - Giemsa staining solution and classified after micro- scopic examination. T - test was used to compare the difference between heroin addicts and normal controls. Results The amount of leucocytes, neutrophil cell and lymphocyte in heroin addicts was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, while the amount of intermediate cell was the same as that in control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Leucocytes being the im- portant components of the immune system, study of it is not only an important means to study the immune system of heroin addicts but also valuable information which will be useful for the treatment of patients＇ somatic diseases and detoxification.
