摘要
年轻的未生育宫颈癌患者日益增加,为提供妊娠机会,保留患者的子宫是否可行,以及保留子宫后是否增加复发风险就成为了值得探讨的问题。本文复习有关早期宫颈癌保留生育功能治疗的相关文献,讨论适合保留生育功能治疗的适应证、目前可应用的治疗方法,以及评估各种方法治疗后的肿瘤结局及妊娠结局。
Young nulliparous patients with cervical cancer have been increasing recently which leads to a question of whether it is possible to preserve the uterus and provide the patients with the opportunity for pregnancy without increasing the risk of recurrence. The article reviewed the relevant literature on fertility - sparing surgery in early cervical cancer, discussed the therapeutic indication for fertility - sparing treatment and the current feasible treatment methods, and assessed oncological and pregnancy results after different methods.
