摘要
研究在适宜化肥用量条件下配施有机肥与生防菌、土壤消毒与生防菌对香蕉植株生长和香蕉枯萎病防治效果的影响。结果表明,两个配施鸡粪处理分别在香蕉营养生长期和抽蕾期蕉株最高,茎围最大。鸡粪淋施复合芽孢杆菌处理成熟蕉果可溶性糖含量与Vc含量最高,产量最高,比氮磷钾处理增产8.9%;在种植后5个月才开始发病,发病时间延缓,发病后病况稳定且发病率最低,为17.8%,比其它处理降低6.6~46.6个百分点,防治效果最好。受香蕉收获株数减少、种植成本上涨、香蕉价格不稳定等因素影响,建议在已发枯萎病蕉园种植其它作物以获得更高种植效益。
A field experiment was carried out to investigate effects of the suitable amount of chemical fertilizer applying orangic fertilizer and biocontrol bacteria,soil disinfection and biocontrol bacteria on banana plant growth and the suppression on the banana Fusarium wilt.The results were as follows:banana plant height was the highest and the pseudostem diameter was the widest at the vegetative growth period and bug period by applying chicken manure.Soluble sugar,vitamin C contents and the yield increased by 8.9% than CK treatment were the highest in chicken manure and complex Bacillus sp agent treatment.Banana Fusarium wilt time was postponed after five months planted.Disease incidence was stability and lower by 6.6 to 46.6 percentage point than other treatments.The control efficiency was best.It was suggestted that other crops were planted on the current disease orchards in order to gain the better plantation profits under the influence of less plant population,rising planted cost,instable price and so on.
