摘要
提出利用生物方法制备高品质的KGM脱乙酰产品的新设想,考虑建立一种比较完善的KGM脱乙酰酶产生菌筛选方案,探讨对KGM脱乙酰酶性质的研究与优化,以及对KGM脱乙酰后产物的结构与功能在空间上可能存在的构效关系进行分析。
A new idea that using biological methods to prepare the high quality of da-KGM products was discussed.We consider to establish a better program to filter a species bacterium to prepare deacetylase,and study the nature of the KGM deacetylase,we also analyzed the structure-activity relationship may exist between the structure and function of deacetylated KGM products.
