亚临界水萃取法检测粮谷中24种残留农药 被引量:4

Detection of 24 Pesticides Residues in Grain Using Subcritical Water Extraction

摘要 根据亚临界水可以定量萃取基质中绝大部分化合物的特点,借助加速溶剂萃取仪(ASE)将亚临界水萃取与C18填料固相吸附联用,通过萃取温度和萃取时间的优化,建立了芸豆、小米等粮谷基质中异稻瘟净等24种农药的亚临界水萃取-气相色谱/串联质谱检测法。方法的检测限为0.05 mg/kg,当添加量为0.05 mg/kg^0.10 mg/kg时,24种农药的回收率为70.45%~104.8%,RSD小于12%。 Since subcritical water can quantitatively extract a wide variety of organic solutes from different matrixes,24 pesticides were extracted from rice and kidney bean by subcritical water extraction,which was combined with solid phase adsorption in accelerated solvent extractor(ASE) after optimizing the temperature and time of extraction.The limit of detection was 0.05 mg/kg.When the standards mixture with the amount of 0.05 mg/kg and 0.10 mg/kg in matrix was spiked,the recovery was 70.45 %-104.8 % and the RSD was less than 12 %.
