摘要
目的:观察穴位注射配合推拿治疗上干型小儿臂丛神经损伤的临床疗效。方法:回顾15例分娩引起的上干型臂丛神经损伤患儿的治疗,均采用恩经复、维生素B12、丹参注射液穴位注射,隔日1次,配合推拿治疗(每日1次),并行护理指导。20 d为1个疗程,每个疗程之间休息10 d,治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。结果:痊愈2例,显效4例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率93.3%。结论:穴位注射配合推拿治疗分娩性上干型臂丛神经损伤疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective： To observe the clinic effect of acupoint injection combined with massage in the treatment of upper dry pediatric brachial plexitis injury. Methods： To review 15 cases of the treatment of upper dry pediatric brachial plexitis injury caused by labor, and all the patients were treated with nNGF, Vit B12, S. mihiorrhiza injection injected into the acupoint once every two days, combined with massage once a day, 20 days a course, 10 days break between each course. The data was collected after 3 courses. Results： 2 cases were cured, 4 cases got remarkable effect, 8 cases effective, 1 cases ineffective with a total effective rate of 93.3%. Conclusion： Aeupoint injection combined with massage in the treatment of upper dry pediatric brachial plexitis injury can get exact effect and deserves to be generalized.
