摘要
目的:探讨股骨颈良性骨肿瘤外科治疗方法及疗效。方法:股骨颈良性骨肿瘤患者43例,依据肿瘤类型及骨损害程度,选择不同术式行外科治疗,依据Eneeking评分标准进行术后关节功能评估。结果:43例中39例得到局部控制,其余4例复发。复发率为9.3%。4例局部复发者不做功能学分析。余35例为优,28例病人可做运动或重体力劳动,7例病人可行走,但有轻度臀肌步态。4例功能为良。随访时间4-62(31.3)个月。Eneeking功能评分:26-30(28.2)分。结论:股骨颈良性骨肿瘤根据肿瘤类型及骨损害程度选择合适的术式,治疗效果及功能恢复均良好。
Objective： To investigate the rnelhod and efficacy of surgical management of benign tumors of femoral neck.Methods： Forty-three patients with benign bone tumors of femoral neck were treated with different surgical methods.The results were evaluated by Eneeking scoring during follow up.Results： There were 4 recurred cases.Among the remaining 39 patients,35 patients had excellent and good limb and joint function,4 patients had fair function.Conclusion： The successful outcome can be achieved in the patients with benign bone tumors of femoral neck if a proper surgical technigue is chosen.
