摘要
目的 建立应用任意引物聚合酶链反应进行真菌菌型鉴定的方法。方法 用任意引物OPAA11(5′ ACCC GACCTG 3′)和引物OPD18(5′ GAGAGCCAAC 3′)对一些常见真菌进行了任意引物聚合酶链反应。结果 扩增产物电泳分析发现不同菌种间产生的DNA带型存在明显差异。结论 AP PCR用来进行真菌鉴定比较可靠、稳定。
Objective To establish the method to identify fungus using the arbitrarily primed polymerase chain reaction (APPCR). Method We amplified common pathologic fungi by random primers OPAA11(5′ACCCGACCTG3′) and OPD18(5′GAGAGCCACC3′). Result Distinct DNA band patterns were observed in different species. Conclusion Determination of fungi with APPCR is the rapid and dependable identification.
