摘要
提高景区数字化服务水平对旅游景区的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文探讨了景区数字化服务水平评估体系构建的思路和原则,并以中山陵为例构建一套评估指标体系,利用23个三级指标对游客体验进行调查,评估景区数字化水平。研究表明游客对中山陵数字化建设各项指标的体验满意值与其交付性存在显著差异。在此基础上创建期望—体验矩阵对各类指标进行定位归类,进而讨论各类指标的优化策略,为中山陵景区向智慧景区转型创造条件。
The improvement of digital service level has made great importance to the sustainable development of tourist attractions. This article has discussed how to build an evaluation system of digital services in scenic spots and structured an evaluation system for Dr. Sun Yat- sen's Mausoleum, Which consists of 23 indicators to investigate tourists' experiences in order to understand the digital level of the spot. The result of the survey shows that tourists were not satisfied with the digital construction of Dr. Sml Yat-sen's Mausoleum. This article has built an expect-experience matrix to classify 23 indicators and discussed the optimization strategies of scenic spots' digl.tal index system.
