摘要
AC公司为英国独资企业,是总公司第一个海外生产基地。因此全球采购经验不足,供应链体系尚未成熟。文章的目的是建立一套供应商评价选择体系,完善供应链、加快本地化采购、降低采购成本,最终实现中国工厂成为整个集团的采购中心的目标。深入分析公司的具体特点,采用层次分析法探索建立一套适合公司特点的供应商选择评价体系。然后进行了实例验证。验证结果基本与事实相符。最终公司采纳了这一体系,完善了供应链,为企业的不断成功提供有力保障和支撑。同时本研究也可为同类企业参考。
AC Company is a sole British company and also the first oversea subsidiary of Mother Company.It lacks global purchase experience and supply chain is not mature enouth.The purpose of this article is to establish a supplier evaluation and selection system,so as to improve the supply chain,expedite local sourcing,lower purchase cost and finally fulfills the target to make China become Sourcing Center.The author studies the company's specific situation and uses AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process)method to establish a supplier evaluation and selection system.Then author uses case study to validate this system.The result from the case study basically matches the fact.At last AC Company adopts this system.This improves supply chain a lot and contributes more to company future success.This study also could be a reference for similar enterprises.
