摘要
根据第六次全国人口普查的主要数据,我国目前约有农民工2.6亿,他们已成为建设中国特色社会主义的重要力量。社会各界在关注和解决农民工面临的诸多生活问题的同时,也应关注农民工的心理问题。进入城市的农民工在再社会化过程中面临着许多现实问题,如果其负性情绪长期难以排遣,有可能导致严重的心理问题。要解决这些心理问题,除了采取有效的心理疏导机制,最根本的方法是加强制度建设,改变农民工在社会结构中的劣势地位。
According to the research of The Sixth Census in our country,there are 260 million off-farm workers at present,who play an important part in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.Various circles of society not only should concern and settle the life problems which off-farm workers face,but should concern the psychological problems of them.In the process of resocialization,off-farm workers face a great many realistic problems,some negative ones,such as tension,anxiety,loneliness,inhibition etc.,which cannot be eliminated for a long time.Because of this,it can lead to a series of psychological problems.In order to settle these psychological problems,the most fundamental method is to enhance policy instruction and change the inferior status of the off-farm workers in social structure other than adopt effective mechanism of psychological counseling.
