摘要
为揭示优质肉鸡体尺性状与屠宰性状2组变量之间的相关本质,对父系(D系)和母系(S3系)的6个体尺性状和8个屠宰性状分别进行典型相关分析.结果表明,D和S3系的体尺性状与屠宰性状间存在极显著典型相关,其第1典型相关系数分别为0.901和0.884(P<0.01),占总相关信息量的76.4%和77.5%.D系体尺性状与屠宰性状间的相关主要由胸宽、体斜长和胸肌率引起,而S3系体尺性状与屠宰性状间的相关主要由胸深、胫围和腿比率引起.可见,通过对2个品系肉鸡不同体尺性状的选择可实现其屠宰性状的间接选择.
The analysis of canonical correlation for 6 body measurement traits and 8 carcass traits of paternal line （D） and maternal line （ S3 ） of natural meat-type chicken was conducted. The results showed that the correlation between body measurement traits and carcass traits was high, and the first coefficients of canonical correlation were highly significant （P 〈0.01 ）. The canonical correlation coefficients were 0.901 and 0.884, which represented 76.4% and 77.52% for the total correlation information respectively. The canonical correlation between body measurement traits and carcass traits of D line mainly resulted from chest width （ x3 ）, body length （x1） and rate of chest muscle （ x10 ）, while the first canonical correlation between body measurement traits and carcass traits of S3 line was mainly due to cannon chest depth （x2）, tibia girth （x5 ） and rate of leg. In the breeding of these two line chicken, great attention should be paid to the performance of these traits.
