摘要
本文介绍了新型高精密真空扩散焊炉的工艺原理及技术特点,并以一台已经研制成功的新型高精密真空扩散焊炉为例,详细阐述了该设备的相关设计思路及特点。该设备采用伺服电机拖动丝杠加压技术,并通过闭环控制实现了工艺过程的自动控制,具有压力精度高、控制灵活、生产效率高、清洁可靠等优点。
This paper introduced the principle and technical properties of the vacuum diffusion welding and elaborated how to design a high-precision vacuum diffusion welding furnace by a new successful equipment as example.The equipment realized automatization by closed loop control and the pressure device of it used servo motor to drag screw.This equipment had advantages of high precision of pressure,flexible control,high efficiency,clean and dependable.
