摘要
通过建立规模较小但自主性增大的工作胞生产组织,把若干个工作胞和物流输送链模块化组合起来,改变原有工序单元分散在各个车间的生产布局,对某制笔企业的特种笔生产实施了精益生产改造。取得了明显消减在制品数量、减少搬运动作的效果。提出通过标准化设计与生产去满足客户的非标需求,来延长工作胞生产组织生命周期,实现小批量多品种同类产品的生产向共线大批量生产模式转变。
Setting up small-scale but more independence work cell , combining dispcrsedly work-cell through removal conveyor in one workshop, the lean production process of a concrete writing instrument was built. The number of work- in-progress products and carrying motions have been decreased. Through standardization design and production measure to fulfill varied customer requirements to prolong the life span of work-cell production and this is also a better way to realize the production of small-scale, variable style of same product shifting to large-scale production.
