摘要
目的 :观察中医辨证治疗胆汁返流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 :中西医病证结合 ,辨证施治 ,选择50例患者分为中医治疗组、西医对照组 ,治疗前后作胃镜检查 ,观察临床疗效。结果 :两组总有效率分别为85.7 %、73.4 %(P<0.05) ;治疗组对症状的缓解明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 :采用中医辨证治疗胆汁返流性胃炎其疗效及对症状的缓解优于西医组 。
Object: To observe the clinical effectiveness on bile-regurgitational gastritis treated according to symptoms and signs by TCM. Methods: To select 50 cases of patients with bile-regurgitational gastritis, and divided them into the treatment group with TCM、the control group with Western medicine, and treated by integrating diseases and symptoms of TCM and Western medicine、and planning treatment according to diagnosis、and take a gastroscopty before and after the treatment to observe the clinical effectiveness. Result: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.7%, and 73.4%in the control group (P<0.05); the treatment group was obviously better than the control group in relieving the symptom (p<0.01). Conclusion: The effectiveness and the remission to symptom of treating bile-regurgitatioal gastritis according to symptom and signs with TCM were better than the Western group, and it was well worth spreading.
