摘要
从病毒性肝炎CIC的分类、检测、评价、研究意义及其中西医结合治疗等方面综述了近10余年来病毒性肝炎循环免疫复合物的研究概况 ;认为其中医治疗尚处于初步探索阶段 ,目前的治疗方法以凉血为主 ,但养阴、解毒、活血化瘀同样重要 ;有待今后大量的临床与实验研究 ,以进一步探索中医中药对病毒性肝炎CIC的影响或病毒性肝炎中医证型与CIC的关系 。
This paper summed up the study on circulation immune complex (CIC) of virus hepatitis in recent ten years, from classify、examination、evaluation、the value of study as well as the treatment of integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine on CIC of virus hepatitis; The authors thought that the treatment of TCM still be in the primary exploring stage, and the therapeutic methods at present relied mainly on removing heat from the blood, but nourishing yin、detoxicating and promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis should be pay the same attentions; it awaited a lot of clinical and experimental researches in further, in order to explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine and herbs on CIC of virus hepatitis or the relationship between TCM symptom type of virus hepatitis and CIC, to guide the clinical therapy for virus hepatitis.
