摘要
目的 观察M -PLF -P′方案 (MTX、CF 5 -FU、CDDP、UFT、PYM)对头颈部肿瘤及晚期食管癌的疗效。方法 40例头颈部肿瘤及晚期食管癌患者均接受M -PLF -P′方案 ,2 1d为 1个周期。 15例为初治患者。结果 M -PLF -P′方案总有效率为 5 9% (17/ 39) ,其中CR率为 15 4% (6 / 39) ,中位缓解期为 3 2个月。而初治患者有效率达 80 % ,与复治患者相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。毒性反应主要为消化道反应 ,口腔溃疡、腹泻发生率分别为 6 6 7%和 47 3% ,白细胞下降发生率 (Ⅲ°以上 )为35 9%。结论 M -PLF -P′对头颈部肿瘤及晚期食管癌是一有效的、完全能耐受的化疗方案 ,值得进一步研究。
Objective To evaluate the results of M-PLF-P′(MTXCF 5-FU CDDP UFT PYM)regimen for head and neck tumor and advanced esophageal cancer.Methods Forty patients with head and neck tumor and advanced esophageal cancer were studied in this clinical trial,15 of them were treated for the first time.They all were treated with M-PLF-P′ regimen.The treatment course lasted 21 days.Results The overall objective response rate was 59%(17/39) with a CR rate of 15.4%(6/39).The median duration of response was 3.2 months.The response rate in the patients treated for the first time was 80%(P<0.05).Toxiceffects were mainly gastrointestinal reaction,oral ulcer and diarrhoea were seen in 66.7% and 47.3% of cases,respectively.Leukopenia(WHO grade Ⅲ)was seen in 35.9%. Conclusions M-PLF-P′ is an effective,well tolerated regimen in patients with head and neck tumor and advanced esophageal cancer.
