PI3K-Akt信号通路与乳腺癌关系研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 P13K-Akt信号通路在细胞生存、增殖、转移、代谢、血管生成、凋亡等方面起着重要的调节功能,在人类很多肿瘤中被异常激活,包括结肠癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌等。乳腺癌是危害女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,随着人们对乳腺癌发病相关基因和分子机制认识的加深,研究发现乳腺癌患者经常存在这条通路的改变,此通路的抑制剂已成为乳腺癌靶向治疗的热点。
