胃癌术后同步放化疗进展 被引量：3

摘要 0引言 中国为胃癌高发区，发病率高于欧美，死亡率在大城市居恶性肿瘤第二（男性）和第三位（女性）^[1]。根治性手术是胃癌唯一可获治愈的方法，但5年生存率（overall survival，OS）并不令人满意。2000年以前的胃癌术后5年OS：欧洲24．5％^[2]，美国Ⅰ-Ⅱ期34％-70％,
