肺癌脑转移诊治策略进展 被引量：23

摘要 随着肺部原发病灶治疗手段的日趋完善，脑转移病灶的治疗成为临床研究的热点。目前对脑转移瘤治疗仍存在着一些争议，尚未形成标准的诊治规范。主要是几个关键因素缺乏可比性，如系统疾病的病程阶段、神经损害症状的程度、转移灶数目和部位、瘤细胞类型或原发灶对放疗的敏感性以及不同治疗方式的组合在临床治疗时有时难以选择等。
