摘要
药理学与免疫学研究表明,灵芝多糖BN_3C(D_6)为灵芝扶正固本的有效成分。从BN_3C中分离得到四种多糖均一体(BN_3C_1-BN_3C_4)。经酶解、酸水解、过碘酸氧化、甲酸生成、Smith降解、气相层析及光谱分析等,确证BN_3C_1为β(1→6)(1→3)葡聚糖。BN_3C_3为葡萄糖和阿拉伯糖组成的肽多糖,肽的含量为5.4%。对水解产物的气相色谱分析证明,葡萄糖和阿拉伯糖的分子比为4:1,它们以β(1→6)(1→3)甙键相连。主要氨基酸为胱氨酸、酪氨酸、亮氨酸、谷氨酸,尚含r-氨基丁酸等十二种氨基酸。
The 'Ling zhi' polysaccharides BN3C have been isolated from the fruit bodies of Ganoderma Lucidum. BN3C showed some activities in 'Fuzhen Guben' effect. Four homogeneous polysaccharides have been isolated from the BN3C. They are named 'Ling zhi' polysaccharide BN3C1, BN3C2, BN3C3, BN3C4.According to IR data and acid hydrolysis, BN3C1 was identified as a β-glucopyranose. Their structures have been elucidated mainly by periodate oxidation and Smith degradation. The glucan has a structure as β-(1→6) (1→3) glucopyranose.BN3C3 was identified as a heteropolysaccharide, containing glucose and arabinose, their molecular ratio of the two sugars was 4:1. BN,d has a structure as β-(1→6) (1→3) linkage, containing a small peptide moiety (5.4%). Amino acid components were cystine, tyrosine, leucine, glycine, γ-aminobu-tyric acid and other minor amino acids.
