摘要
胶粉改性沥青是目前改性沥青领域中研究应用的热点,热储存稳定性对胶粉改性沥青的质量控制与大规模推广应用具有重要意义。本研究提出一种胶粉含量测试方法,通过测试胶粉改性沥青离析试验后上下1/3段试样中的胶粉含量差判断胶粉在基质沥青中是否发生离析,并对胶粉含量差与聚合物改性沥青技术要求中规定的软化点差进行了关联分析。结果表明,即使软化点差在聚合物改性沥青技术要求的范围以内,仍然存在较大的胶粉含量差,但软化点差和胶粉含量差在大范围内呈正相关关系。说明以软化点差判断胶粉改性沥青的热储存稳定性具有一定的合理性,但需要根据实际情况调整软化点差规定值,有待进一步研究。
Crumb rubber modified asphalt (CRMA) was a hotspot in the field of modified asphalt research and application. The heat storage stability of CRMA had important significance for the quality control and large - scale application. In this study, a test method of crumb rubber content in CRMA had been pro- posed to estimate separation of crumb rubber in matrix asphalt through the crumb rubber content difference between the top and bottom asphalt sample after separation test, and the correlation between crumb rubber content difference and softening point difference in storage stability standard of polymer modified asphalt had been analyzed. The results showed that the crumb rubber content difference was large, although the softening point difference met the technical requirements of polymer modified asphalt. But a proportional correlation between the softening point difference and crumb rubber content difference within a large scope existed. Using softening point difference to determine the storage stability of CRMA was feasible in a certain degree, but the value of softening point difference needed to be adjusted according to the practical situation which remained to be further studied.
