摘要
为了深入研究半刚性基层沥青路面最大应力点位的分布,通过建立沥青路面结构力学模型,分析了半刚性基层沥青路面结构剪应力和拉应力在不同层间接触条件下的分布规律,从中得出剪应力和拉应力最大值对应的点位,然后研究了车辆荷载、面层模量和厚度对最大应力点位的影响。结果表明:在不同层间接触条件下,最大剪应力点位在轮胎中心点对应下距路表6 cm深度处;面层最大拉应力点位在轮胎中心与轮胎边缘之间中心点对应下的下面层层底处;基层最大拉应力点位在轮隙中心点对应下的基层层底处。
In order to study the maximum stress points distribution of the semi - rigid asphalt pavement, by establishing asphalt pavement structure mechanical model, this paper analyzed the shear stress and tensile stress distribution regulation of semi - rigid asphalt pavement in different interlayer contact conditions, drew the maximum shear stress and tensile stress points, and studied the effect of vehicle load, surface layer modulus and thickness on maximum stress point distribution. The results showed that: in different interlayer contact conditions, the maximum shear stress point corresponded to the center of the tire, with 6cm depth from the road surface; the surface layer maximum tensile stress point corresponded to the center point between tire center and tire edge, at the bottom of underneath layer; primary level maximum stress point corresponded to the center of the wheel gap, at the bottom of the primary level.
