摘要
分析了国内10kV配电线路监测的现状,提出了建立10kV配电线路实时监测及智能分析系统必要性,介绍了系统实施过程中应关注的技术问题,以期解决配网"负荷在哪里"的问题。
Analysis of the domestic 10kV distribution line monitoring of the status quo, proposed the establishment of lOkV distribution line real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis system need to introduce the system implementation process should focus on technical issues to resolve with the network ＂where the load＂ problem .
