摘要
:[目的]探讨 -80℃直接冷冻保存自体造血干细胞移植(APBSCT)治疗恶性血液病的疗效。[方法]ABSCT5例 ,移植前采用粒细胞集落刺激因子(G CSF)动员外周血干细胞(PBSC) ,分离后 ,将采集的PBSC分袋直接置于 -80℃冰箱冷冻保存。[结果]PBSC短期冻存后检测回收率和台盼蓝拒染率均在80%以上 ;接受移植的5例患者均获成功 ,并持续缓解(CCR) ,中位CCR时间为18(5～31)个月 ,无复发。[结论] -80℃直接冷冻短期保存PBSC具有良好效果 ;具有简单、方便、费用低等优点 ;ABSCT造血重建快并发症少 。
