改性淀粉用丙烯酸酯共聚物的合成与研究 被引量:3

STYDY ON TEH SYNTHESIS OF POLYACRYLIC COPOLYMER MODIFING CORN STARCH

摘要 合成了丙烯酸酯四元共聚物 ( MMA/BA/AA/HEMA)。利用 IR、DSC分析了共聚物的组成 ,用 GPC测定了共聚物的分子量及其分布。用该四元共聚物为预聚物改性淀粉 ,使其作为填充剂填充 L DPE后 ,与单一丙烯酸酯改性相比 ,薄膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率有较大提高。 A copolymer was prepared by polymerizing hydrophobic monomers(methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate) and hydrophilic monomers (acrylic acid and β hydroxyethyl methacrylate) in solution. Infrared absorption spectroscopy(IR) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) were used to identify the copolymer. Gel permeation chromatography(GPC) was used to investigate the changes of molecular weight of the copolymer. The starch modified by this copolymer could be used as filling LDPE, and could improve the properties of the LDPE film compared with the starch modified by one single poly acrylate.
