摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷 ( D4 )为主链剂 ,四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷 ( MM)为封端剂 ,用碱催化平衡法合成乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷 ( V- PDMS) ,探讨了影响合成反应及产物分子量、乙烯基含量 ( Vi% )的主要因素 ,并对合成的 V-PDMS进行精制处理。
Vinyl ended polydimethylsiloxane(V PDMS) is one of main part of addition type silicone gel, it′s molecular weight, vinyl group concentration, as well as purity affect the mechanic and electrical properties of silicone gel. This article investigated synthesis and purification of V PDMS. The synthesis process was followed by viscosimetric measurements. The result shows that the viscosity of V PDMS depends on catalyst concentration and the molar ratio of octmethylcyclotetrasiloxane and 1,3 divinyl disiloxane. The relation between the viscosity of V PDMS and the molar ratio of original components is determined mathematically. V PDMS was purified by residual catalyst decomposement and further absorbent treatments, the purification process was valued by electrical resistivity measurements.
