端异氰酸酯聚醚的合成及对环氧树脂的改性作用 被引量:10

SYNTHESIS OF ISOCYANATE-TERMINATED POLYETHERS AND ITS MODIFYING EFFECT ON EPOXY RESIN

摘要 合成端异氰酸酯聚醚 (ITPE) ,使其在不同条件下与环氧树脂 (ER)进行反应 ,得到分子链中含氨基甲酸酯和口恶唑烷酮结构的环氧树脂预反应物 ,考察了聚醚种类、相对分子质量和用量及固化条件对改性环氧胶胶接件拉伸剪切强度和浇铸件断裂韧性的影响 。 Isocyanate terminated polyethers were synthesized by reacting polyether with diisocyanate. They were prereacted with epoxy resin under different conditions. The pre reactants which contained the structure of isocyanurate and oxazolidone rings in molecular chain were obtained. The effects of the varieties, such as molecular weight and content of polythers and the curing conditions on the lap shear strength of the epoxy adhesive and the fracture toughness were investigated. Furthermore, the fractured surfaces of the modified epoxy resin have been observed by the use of SEM.
