经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床研究 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨锁定加压钢板(LCP)结合微创经皮接骨板接骨术(MIPPO)治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效。方法笔者自2007年1月～2010年1月行小切口,不暴露骨折端,间接复位后,经皮使用LCP结合MIPPO固定治疗胫骨远端骨折15例。疗效及关节功能按Johner-Wruhs方法评价。结果平均随访时间9个月(6～24个月),所有患者均达到骨性愈合,平均愈合时间为4.6个月(3～10个月)。按照Johner和Wruhs评价标准:优10例,良3例,中2例。结论在正确掌握手术技术的前提下,经皮LCP治疗胫骨远端骨折能够取得良好的临床疗效。
