应用同种异体肌腱重建膝内侧副韧带损伤16例 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨同种异体肌腱重建膝内侧副韧带损伤加强膝内侧稳定的可行性。方法对16例无法直接修补的膝内侧副韧带损伤采用同种异体肌腱重建。结果本组随访3～24个月,平均8个月。术前Lysholm评分平均(18.5±5.58)分,术后(86.1±3.56)分,差异有统计学意义。结论对无法直接缝合修补的膝内侧副韧带损伤采用同种异体肌腱重建可加强膝内侧稳定。
