摘要
目的探讨自体表皮干细胞移植治疗先天性巨痣的临床效果。方法取自体血分离表皮细胞并培养表皮细胞膜片,削除巨痣后植于创面,抗生素预防感染。结果所有移植膜片全部成活,术后外观好、瘢痕少,术后远期效果显著。结论自体表皮干细胞移植是治疗先天性巨痣的良好方法。
Objective To study the clinical effect of auto-epidermal stem cells in repairing the congenital giant nevus. Methods The epidermal cells were segregated from auto-blood and the grafts of epidermal cells were cultivated,then covered the wounds after removing the giant nevus,antibiotics were used to prevent infection. Results All of skin grafts and skin flaps survived totally.Satisfactory appearance and good function were achieved after operation.The follow-up results from 56 patients showed that long-term follow-up results were satisfactory. Conclusion The transplantation of auto-epidermal stem cells is a good method to treat congenital giant nevus.
