腹部手术后小肠内疝患者18例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨腹部手术后小肠内疝的临床特征,为诊断和治疗提供参考。方法对2007年1月—2011年1月经腹部手术后发生小肠内疝18例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后发生小肠内疝的主要表现为完全性机械性肠梗阻,有时还可合并肠绞窄症状,有症状重、进展快的特点。不同腹部手术后所发生的疝入部位不同,同种术式发生内疝的解剖特点相似。所有患者均经手术修复成功,无围术期死亡患者。结论临床特征对腹部手术后小肠内疝的诊断和治疗有指导作用。
